Rates and Reservations

  • 3 night minimum stay
  • $125 a night for the first 2 people
  • $25 Additional for each person over 2 per night
  • Plus 7.0% KY sales and lodging tax
  • $250.00 down payment at time of reservation and balance due 30 days prior to check in
  • Deposit refundable if cancellation request is received 30 days prior to check in (minus a
    $25 processing fee). No refunds within 30 days of check in date. No refunds for
    inclement weather or early departure
To make a reservation, here is how it works:

  1. Check out our reservation calendar for available dates.
  2. Complete & submit the reservation form by clicking here.
  3. Pay the required $250.00 deposit after filling out the reservation form that matches
    your request.  You do not have to be a member of PayPal or become a PayPal
    member to use this feature.  Any personal or company Visa or MasterCard can be
    used at PayPal to pay the deposit.
  4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Riders ATV Retreat.  All reservations are
    tentative until your confirmation email is received and your deposit is paid.
